AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Our minimum age requirement for any of our services is 18 years of age. 16 and older may also receive services, with guardian/parental consent.
WE DO NOT WORK OVER EXISTING LASH OR BROW EXTENSIONS:
At Lash and Brow Atelier we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, safe application, and optimal results! With that in mind, our policy is that we do not fill eyelash or eyebrow extensions done elsewhere. This is to ensure that the quality each client receives is up to the rigorous standards of Lash and Brow Atelier, and that everyone leaves with well applied and styled lashes. If you have eyelash or brow extensions on, you will need to have them removed by us, or to wait until they have shed out before coming for your full set. If you feel your eyelash extensions are properly applied, please book a consultation where we can discuss current application and health your natural lashes.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Our spa offers a soothing environment for all clients and staff. Because serenity and relaxation is one of our focuses, we do not allow babies or children under 13 years of age in the spa. This policy is also for the safety of your children, our technicians and our clients as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment. We cannot perform your procedure if you arrive with children. This policy is strictly enforced.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
•If cancelled within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.
•If cancelled within 4 hours (or no-shows), clients will be charged the full 100% of the appointment value, as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.
• If more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving 15+ minutes late will have the option of getting their service done or be rescheduled after paying a rescheduling fee of $50.

We want each client to have the best experience Miami has to offer. Should you not love your new eyelash or eyebrow extensions for whatever reason, please contact us by phone within 3 business days of your appointment and we will be happy to have a follow up appointment with you, free of charge to resolve any issues.
